It has the highest kill rate, thus it is the deadliest, even if its capabilities at taking down prey are limited to smaller creatures.
Bats are deadly and play a large role in controlling insect populations. They are a top level insectivore.
The prey that they eat exists in far greater numbers, as well as reproduce in greater quantities, than the prey of other wildcats, so it balances out in the grand scheme.

China did a great deal with recycling. The issue with it ending up in landfills is the US routinely breaking trade agreements and shipping materials that aren't actually recyclable mixed in.
In 2018, China actually stopped importing plastics because of this because it was becoming a huge environmental concern.
