Honestly, those cookies are somewhat overrated - but they're famously Danish, so I often gift them when sending gifts internationally, just for tradition and fun. We Danes sometimes joke about calling then "take-out cookies" because often they're put on the table for social gatherings, then "taken out" later, uneaten 😅 We Danes can be a little picky about cookies, and we all grew up with these, so we're just a little bored with them by now I guess :-)
Perhaps you will eventually acquire a taste for it ;-)
I'm so glad you liked your gifts - My favorite is the unicorn mug, it is just soooo cute. Once I saw it, I just HAD to order it for you! That licorice is probably an acquired taste; glad you know your limits lol! Take your time on the LEGO flower, mood is a big factor in enjoying such sets - once you get started it's actually pretty quick to assemble :-) And as for the missent packages, they were both delivered together, containing the complete set, infecting Berlin with even more licorice haha!
