Just try to overlap the repeating patterns. It will start to look uneven. You are looking for a 3D shape wrapped in the background pattern.

Here's another method for anyone who is having trouble with the others: first save off a few pictures and enlarge them so they're bigger 1/

Ideally they surround the center of your vision entirely. 2) Lean in a bit closer without refocusing your vision, so the image blurs.

3) Don't blink! Your eyes might water, that is okay. 4) Relax your eyes, don't strain them at all. 5) Focus on a single point with both.

At this point you might see the image, if not, lean in and out so it becomes more or less blurry, keep focusing on the center point.

6) Practice until you can see the image or try another (some will be easier). 7) The next step is to be able to 'lock' the 3D image.

Find the right amount of "Blurry" and you'll get it! Draw two equal dots, and inch apart on paper. Unfocus, and they become blurry (1/?)

1. Find a distictive part of the repeating pattern, such as the roses in the third image.

2. Get VERY close to the screen so that you're basically looking at it cross-eyed.

3. Let your eyes relax and look past the image. Pay attention to the repeating part and try to align two into one. Do NOT try to focus.
