To be fair, RAM prices are higher than they were 6 years ago. I think SSD prices aren't much better.

East Phillie, born and raised. In the courtroom is where he spent most of his days. But then a couple of countries who were up to no good, started making trouble in his neighbourhood…

Chickens will also find food, go somewhere else and go “hey, there’s food here!” then go back to the actual food spot

It’s a common realtor scam, create the impression of interest and bargaining when there is none. Except Iran knows exactly what is going on

Fleming should be suing because she was made to share changing spaces and bedrooms with bigoted assholes.

The government has to know about it to tax it, and getting the information on trades in a freeport is hard to protect exactly that

It needs to be in that order, start with the exercise and McCannonfodder there will die of a coronary before they find a uniform that fits him

I had a conversation with a girl about friends with benefits (a conversation that she initiated) while I was staying at her place with no one else there. Took me a decade to realise.

Scrambled eggs with salami, cheese and tobasco on toast that has been spread with Vegemite. Maybe a bit of tomato sauce (ketchup for the US) on top.

I used a car heater core on a PC back in the day, worked amazingly well.

This is not the purpose of freeports. It’s to hide from wealth taxes and capital gains. The rich guy who buys art for $50m and sells it for $80m pays zero capital gains, zero sales tax and can hide that wealth.

Most of the time that arrow is pointing at nothing in particular, and things are related to the 1973 oil shock or Reagan.

All of the GOP are running around trying to define what exactly what “boots on the ground” means and come up with new terms for it, which 100% means troops are going in.

The last time a Democrat ran in Pennsylvania for state house district 79 was 2020, when Biden won, and they only got 29% of the vote. That’s a big swing.

The worst part is even if Netanyahu goes, all the other politicians are just as bad. The opposition coalition in Israel is anti-Netanyahu, but loaded with right wing parties that want to go further. Even the centrists want a deal but one that involves taking huge amounts of Palestinian land. There’s little hope.

Doge gives data to Palantir, Palantir builds database on everyone using public and private data, Palantir sells data to FBI. Makes Trump’s buddy rich while also destroying privacy, it’s win win!

The city I live in, Melbourne, is one of the cheapest in Australia. It also has the biggest population, the greatest density and is considered the worst city for investors. Investor groups keep claiming things will collapse here due to lack of investor dollars - it’s fine though

lol, I just read the “ The “Burke County” Math a Bit Further” bit. It’s just stupid and literally any number would do the same thing

The whole “this number equals that number, conspiracy!” has a very lunatic feel to it. It’s actually very easy to find unrelated but similar numbers in a large dataset when you try hard enough. And with an election there’s tonnes of numbers to play with.
