The city I live in, Melbourne, is one of the cheapest in Australia. It also has the biggest population, the greatest density and is considered the worst city for investors. Investor groups keep claiming things will collapse here due to lack of investor dollars - it’s fine though
Nvidia probably has a deal with them to destroy them, so as to not hurt future profits.
