I think the only solution is "Deemed Income". Taxman says "I see you have $100 Billion in assets, but you have no income. We deem you should be making at least 2% on your assets, so we say you made $2 Billion this year. So hand over $700 Million now." It's not much, but it's a start!!! Can't pay? We'll seize $7 Billion in assets to sell, and get our money. They should sell quickly at $0.10 in the $1!!!!!
Not a Republican. Not even an American. Lumping all people of one political leaning into the one very bad basket is actually doing more harm than good. Comments like that seem to only come from people that would rather the broken system that US Politics wasn't fixed, so that they have something to harp about. Someone to demonize. It's far easier to contribute the problem, than to fix it, because complaining about it doesn't fix it, but generalized complaining does make it worse!

For most, it is ignorance, for many it is hate. The world isn't so simple that you can lump everything into basket A, or basket B.
