Been on here since probably late 2012. Second account. Here for the wholesome and science content. (STEM background)... and for the nice discussion of dicey subjects that's still civilized here. (My username briefly was "TwitterOfficial": Which was funny at the time, because for a while you could impersonate brands and official accounts on twitter.)

Yeah, thats why I said that right in my first comment. The ability is not in question.

its a quote from the first Tobey movie

good point; but it should leave at least a dark print on the like first step on dry, light concrete

Sorry I had a bad day and have to taking literally: no, you should adjust your statements about what you think is likely to happen to your empirical 'experience'

It appears the bakers is more of a Colorado person

Actually one of the modern UX/UI things I'm truly grateful for.

#13 That's the Mr. Bean school of painting right there. No way you can achieve that with a brush. That is even exploded onto every surface from a blown up bucket in the center of the room.

I am once again questioning an animal video if it's AI; although I think it's real. Not because of the Basilisk Lizard's water running abilities - I've seen 20yo nature documentaries showing that.
But because it's such a coincidentally captured moment... I can't put my figure on it rewatched it; but one thing stands out: the lizard doesn't leave wet marks on the concrete, not even when he runs straight up out of the canal.

...do you mean welding/grinding safety squints... or somehow cardboard safetysquints. The first one, nah. The second one... I may have done a woodworking safety-squint on occasion.

2 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

oh, we have a different relationship with safety equipment

Ah yes, funny it happened to me. I'm always secretly scared to puncture myself when carrying blades or screwdrivers in a pocket where the hip or arm bends... I usually become anxious enough to weight the effort of stopping and rearraning what I'm carrying vs. getting punctured or sliced. Most of the time I do stop or proceed with hyper-aware anxious caution

I can't believe I was there when this was first tweeted (i think the account was punningman), and it was an instant favourite of mine. But I was afraid it was too obscure to gain traction... but now it's still around and you weirdos love it likewise

#7 So recently having learned that real people do cocaine (in my head it was just crime show characters)
Is this a cocaine reference?

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

alright, I'll take that. Thanks^^

Can I tl:dr this post, or is there something to learn here I don't inherently know if I'm not a complete retard, who has watched condenstion, mist, clouds and various water interactions throught my life?

Me too man, me too.
Weirdly relevant to this: our only remaining connection is that my dad brings me food she cooked.

We are losing grip on differentiating between CGI made by a human and ML Generated: "AI" can be realistic, comic, CGI-like and much in between. But there's almost always a way to tell.

This above is 100% human created CGI

I think the general underwater scenery might obscure a lot. The behaviour of both seal and diver (who carries a bottle to drink from while scuba diving - in their hand) are weird.

But generally, it doesn't obviously look like it.

Thank you for providing nuance. Shitty action for sure, does it paint the whole picture, probably not.

However, while his stance on political matters can't be inferred from taking a gig offer in his literal profession, his integrity sure isn't worth much. He didn't 'need' the money.

(I hope he took it and donates/funds better things with it)

Honestly it's cheaper to just travel to places, enrich your experience and play original 2D Zelda etc and your imagination will tell your were in a lovely small town with cottages, or a gritty city, or an enchanted forest.

Man, as a child n64 Hyrule was vast open fields and vidid forests, I would've sworn I smelled the sunset air and felt the wind riding Epona from the farm the to castle.

Is the second season any good?

So the post as such wasn't that unexpected on imgur; some horny people around.
But the "GAMER DAD" 'production card' at the end sent me. I didn't read the username first

So you can have the most beefed up CPU, but if you don't matching RAM, you wouldn't utilise your CPU well, right?

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Got it thanks!

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok, thanks! I thought the CPU just used RAM to temp-store things rapidly in between calculations etc and the size of that storage was a factor, but the speed was dependent on the CPU.
But what you're describing (which would make sense) isn't "speed" of the RAM, but the transfer rate betwenn CPU and RAM and back?
