Not even for signing the birth certificate? Are you in the US? It may vary by state but an ID is the easiest way to register the birth. If you don't have one you can still register but it's a huge pain in the ass (you need to give a bunch of documents proving who you are; particularly the father) and may have to do things like get witnesses who would then give attestations to the State

I didn't say they did. We can still be bad guys. Two countries going to war can both be bad guys too. If you try to fit the world into your black and white lens you're going to miss a lot of important things.
Technically there are arguments. For example, the vast majority of missiles Iran has fired are intercepted prior to hitting anything. It would be incorrect to claim any knowledge about what they are or are not targeting

The NBA has an ownership stake in the WNBA. That's different than subsidizing, it's an investment. Last year the league lost 40mil. This year they're profitable enough to trigger profit sharing (meaning the owners - NBA included - made money on their investment). The WNBA also recently signed a new TV rights deal which is expected to provide the league with 200mil annually.
