It has become a weaponized tactic of people purposely playing dumb. Unfortunately people with legitimate questions are seen as users of that tactic now. The aim is not to actually engage but to disrupt.

Worked with a client recently and I could not put who he sounded liked the first day. The rest of the week I couldn't stop getting him to say Ernest quotes because he sounded just like him.

Lopapeysa sweater. I bought a few in Iceland 6 years ago and works well in the minnesota winters. Pricey though.
While I understand its controversy in the weightlifting community (mostly power lifters), it is a great stance to practice for functional movement. You can't always be in a perfect position to deadlift something and certainly don't want your feet near it if it drops. Makes sense to me to practice conventional and sumo.
I can't wait until Walz ushers in Duck, Duck, Gray Duck as the official nation wide name.
