It looks like in a couple of places the leopard was able to land on the ibex instead of taking the brunt of the fall itself, wild

I hit enter on accident so sorry for the double tap but another thing is that you would have to define "bad faith," which I don't know about you, but looking through federal laws and regulations for the United States I can't find any sort of text that defines bad faith in marriage. You could look through every state's laws, but there are places where marrying 13 y/os as a grown ass adult is still legal, so I wouldn't put too much stock in finding bad faith clauses that apply here.

You dont need to be a lawyer to google and find absolutely no legal doctrine stating that you must be in love with your spouse to marry them - hell, I feel like if that were the case, there would be a lot of marriages annulled due to "bad faith." Arranged marriages? Can't do it. Marriages for the sole purpose of having kids? Nope.

I don't know about that, as long as the marriage is valid and they stay married.

It's not fraud as long as they're legally married. Fraud would be if they said they were and forged marriage papers. If their paperwork is in order, they're good.

He literally wont. As long as they're legally married the military doesn't give a fuck. Source: Military vet who knew MANY people who got married explicitly for the benefits. The only time you get in trouble is if you try to double tap benefits (eg, air force person marries army person and they both collect money on their "dependent")
