What’s the misinterpretation of the Matrix’s red pill?

I was genuinely shocked when learnt about the floor is lava being well known and played in the US. I only played it with my brother and never talked about it with anyone.

In this specific case I would assume the bigger load is in the front as the engine sits there. Why is it still doing this? How to redistribute the load in this case? I really want to understand :)
