The only reason this dog is with a new foster is due to a family member having emergency surgery. I'm one of the main caretakers and I (disappointingly) could not manage both. It hurt a lot to let him go, especially when the rescue is giving conflicting info to new fosters. New foster is great, please don't come for them. The rescue just isn't providing them with resources.
We're trying to get the dog out of the current situation he's in as fast as possible to avoid him becoming permanently disabled because of the rescue refusing to treat his condition or get a second opinion. I love this dog, with all my heart. He's not with me anymore, and it crushes me to see his condition being neglected when we'd worked so hard to get it managed. (4)
The drops as often as possible. Again, the rescue's contribution to this has been nearly null. I got 2 bags of super low quality food and that was it. I easily put over $1K on him, from supplies to medical bills. The rescue has met him twice. Now they're claiming he's "not fit to travel" because of his eye issues, which isn't true and have only gotten worse because of their own neglect. Obvs OP isn't trying to get the Internet to foot the bill (3)
I was made to sign a letter, else they'd let him be euthanized. No other rescues came forward to help, and I couldn't pull him alone. Secondly, the dog was pulled out of the shelter and noticed by me. I've been advocating for this dog for months now. The condition he suffers requires daily dosage of eye drops, they're not expensive and last about 3 months. What he needs is someone who can be there with him (separation anxiety) and administer (2)
Hi! This OP-OP (the one who posted the pup). Currently the dog remains at a different foster, and his condition is actively being neglected by the rescue that legally owns him. This dog could go blind within months if the condition is ignored. The fees they are asking are insane, based on the fact that they're actively neglecting his illness and they never paid for any of his care (I did, as a foster.) (1)

I think this is the reason why ICE would be out in these streets brutalizing people to stop them from voting. They know they're cooked so violence is the only answer. They tried flipping seats by re-districting and that's somewhat worked, but they've seen how much they've fucked up. Trump talked to republicans telling them they had to win else he'd get impeached. They know they're cooked, but I'm afraid we're cooked as well
I wish I could, but my HR Dept is MAGA AF, so no chance. The worst part is that our entire team is made up of immigrants because they can't find qualified folk in the US.
I literally got threatened *at my job* by a coworker who told me it was now "legal" to shoot liberals. All because I told him I didn't mind that commercials in Ireland had Muslims. We live in the US, no clue why I should care about Ireland's commercials and why that justifies shooting me in the face, but go off.
