You're right on some points. He had actually won several competitions by that time, including both Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia. Those competitions didn't pay much in those days. He had only been in two movies by that time, tho - and, both tiny bit parts. His bigger breakthrough in film wouldn't hit for a few more years, but likely, Pumping Iron was the bigger achievement at that time ('77). No doubt he has been industrious

Once bought a home with a crawlspace. It was a foreclosure, so it sat for quite a while. The raccoons had created what's called a "raccoon latrine" underneath. This is effectively just loads and loads of raccoon shit. I exhumed a good portion of said material on Christmas. I wore a gas mask and was covered head to toe. Disposed of everything I wore for the job, and then got tested. Had mild readings of Toxoplasmosis, which is also associated with cat feces. Good times!
