actually you can put pants on over a catheter if the larger drainage bag is changed to a smaller leg bag.
do you mean welfare? I'm not American so I don't know who else would help care for the child if not the biological parents
people are forgetting about the innocent child here. Its not kid's fault how he came into the world and he deserves to be looked after.
