Can I hibernate for 4 years? Asking for myself.
I’ve worked as a nurse all through Covid and seen plenty of patients that didn’t survive Covid but the vaccinated ones always pulled through.

There’s people in LA that have lived the past decade without a home. Having no sympathy for millionaires in that lost their home in a fire prone area is just exhaustion. They’ll be fine, the tens of thousands dying in Palestine and Ukraine and South Sudan, not so much.
Nurses & doctors walk around the hospital each day caring for patients and often thinking, “when my time comes my family better pull the cord!” Technology has surpassed humanity in extending “living” but not in a way that improves our lives, merely prolonging suffering. You did the right thing.
Normal people run the government. Bullies are leading the government.
The government hired him to do some sort of forestry work. He could drive his car with an apparatus for his feet and write with a pencil in his mouth. He had pinching hooks on each arm. Interestingly when the American’s with Disabilities Act passed the federal program he was hired under ended so he applied back to the same job but he was started off with no seniority benefits despite working at the same job in the forest service for >10 years.
My grandpa worked for a power district in the 70’s as a lineman. Lost both arms in an electrical accident. They kept him on the payroll until he discharged from the hospital. That was it.Another employee that was supposed to have cut off the electricity was kept on and retired with a pension.My grandpa eventually developed cancer that they said may have been caused by the accident.He didn’t become destitute, thankfully the government had a program for disabled veterans and he qualified.
If your life starts off being as poor as possible and your wealth improves tremendously over your lifespan, not surprisingly, your outlook is going to be better than someone that was born middle class and has worked all their life but only fallen behind in wealth and income. Then there’s also women’s rights that have been lost in recent years.
I cared for a patient that popped a pimple and got face cellulitis. Was nearly septic when she decided to go to the hospital. It’s wild that she would have died had she had the same problem 75 years ago. Praise antibiotics.
Fiscally conservative can also mean opposing military and defense contractor spending, opposing business subsidies like PPP handouts, opposing farm subsidies, or just cutting wasteful spending. Social safety nets aren’t waste.

You could be the person that witnesses others shooting innocent brown people and testify against them. The military needs normal people that aren’t just excited to kill people.
We definitely do, but this isn’t an example of that.
Although one hopes they were doing something like hobby gardening, agriculture and farming are full of accidents that deserves strong protections to prevent kids getting hurt.
Many Filipinos get citizenship by joining the military or working in healthcare. Both are commonly recruited to fill shortages.
And cutting abortions would be cutting veteran benefits since it’s an essential component of women veterans health.
VA has never done sex change operations.
She’s not taking off her clothes. She’s taking off their clothes.
I used to care for this old lady that was incredibly mean and she dad dementia. I explained to her daughter how these mean outbursts are sometimes seen with dementia and should be seen as symptoms and not true expressions of how they feel. Her daughter explained to me her mom had been a hateful mean witch her entire life.
Are they implying the beach is in SF? I just thought it was across the entire West Coast. I’ve never seen the movie.
