Just checking this one off the list, I lost 100 kg (220 lb) in the last year, and I've been looking forward to posting the progress pictures here so here they are!
Video of the year if you're interested https://youtu.be/hcmIrI9AQuQ
Edit: Wow, I went out for a bike ride and came back to many comments to read through! Thank you for your lovely comments, you are all so sweet.
Answers to some reoccurring questions:
Q: How in the fuck!?
A: I wish I had a secret trick I could tell you but honestly, I just had a really long and really shitty year. I exercise A LOT now, like I just went for a four-hour bike ride, so finding workouts that I really enjoy has helped immensely. Most of it though is probably from being very strict with my diet which I fucking hated. I was very angry for a lot of the year because it just sucks!
Q: Why?
A: I was so unhealthy I needed to do something, or I was probably going to die of a heart attack or something. I also want to be around and healthy and a good influence for my son.
Q: Surgery?
A: Not so far, just diet, exercise, and spite! I might get some of the excess skin removed though.

Well done sir.

Well done mate! You must have changed your lifestyle completely.

How is this possible? Mind sharing the details? It must've been some excruciatingly painful and constant exercise

Kudos on your video editing skills. I clicked the link out of random curiosity and watched the whole thing. You should be proud of your skills in addition to your dedication and effort to reshaping yourself.

Nice job! I'd say keep up the good work, but much more and you'll just be a skellington!

That is averaging loosing more than 4 lbs a week. That's is an insane rate to maintain for a year. Nice work. What is the next phase of your journey?
augur42
Insane is the right word. Losing 1kg of fat is not eating or burning 7700 kcal so 100kg in 365 days is a deficit of 2110 kcal per day, that's about all of a typical mans TDEE. I really hope this person is lying/exaggerating because that is NOT a recommended or even safe rate of weight loss for 100kg as he would essentially be not eating for a year.
potential816
The bigger the person, the higher the TDEE. According to one calculator I found, the TDEE of a 400lb 6ft man doing moderate exercise is over 4000 cals. So he was likely still eating 2000ish calories per day in the beginning, and then lowered his calorie count or upped the exercise as he lost weight.

Need to start hitting the weights bro. You likely will still need skin removal but not nearly as much. Trust me, I have been there and done that.

Bruh. You lost 10 lbs less than my entire being. That's absolutely incredible. Congratulations
BunchaCrunchOfHuman
That's gotta feel so much better. I've only got 50lbs too much and it makes everything more uncomfortable
xizar
I've managed to drop about 80 pounds over a couple of years and I feel a lot lighter.
BunchaCrunchOfHuman
That is a lot lighter
ZOMGNO
FUCK YES! I just ran an 11km today, and honestly, could not have done it without dropping a lot of weight over the last 2 years. People ask me my secret... and its work. I put in a lot of hard work. lol
JeanLucguizamos
It's the worst secret but it's the truth, it's just a lot of really fucking hard work
ZOMGNO
It really is. Sometimes I feel like maybe I should make something up for them!? Like, sure, I did do Keto and that helped... but i also did weights and ran and did HIIT and didn't eat junk food and just worked hard. But seriously, good on you. The feeling of having more energy and being able to do more.... its so worth it, its really its own reward!!!
