LLMs are just statistical models trained on human text, they're not sentient, and they don't have intent or ideology. If someone uses them to exploit people, that reflects their values, not the tool itself. Saying AI has no use value ignores the millions of people using it daily to express themselves, learn, or communicate. I agree with your frustration at capitalism, but you're misidentifying the problem. AI isn't a system of oppression, capitalism is. You're blaming the tool for the user.

You want to make the case that AI is inherently exploitative, here's evidence that it's not: 1) How to create AI is not a secret. 2) Many AI of all types are open source. 3) It's being used outside of commercial applications. 4) They are available to the public. 5) Anybody can use it and build upon it. Saying AI is inherently exploitative because capitalism uses it to exploit is like saying fire is evil because arson exists. If people can use it and there is no exploiting, it is not inherent.
I do have biases, and I have acknowledged your anger and the failure to regulate AI, but you remain unable to untangle your hatred of systemic capitalism with a tool that has neither malice nor intentions. I'm not quite sure why you've mentioned "Roko's Basilisk", is it because you think that's why I am defending AI? I agree with you that "Roko's Basilisk" isn't real, but it's also not an LLM or an AI, so I assume you are not entirely familiar with it. It's just a thought experiment. That's all.
With a hammer I can bludgeon you to death or build a house. If people are using a hammer for the wrong purposes, it doesn't mean that hammers are an instrument of evil. You have a very narrow view of AI.
