I had 25% down ready to buy my neighbour's house, but backed out. $40k of that went to current mortgage, $10k went to TFSA and mutual funds
five years brings that number down to ~$50k
They gotta make their money. Total interest paid if I wait the full 25 years would be like $150k. Paying the house off in the next 1/2
Thanks! I made $1k profit when I sold my 73 rally wagon. I spent $600 of that on a 93 Ram van, then traded that for this! It's all fun money
