I encourage you and anyone else who might be suffering to look into transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS for short). It has helped me a lot and was fully covered by Medicaid.

Just FYI, you can change your settings to filter out political stuff. I did because I feel like it's better for my mental health to not be plugged into politics 24/7. This wasn't filtered, but at least it was funny and interesting.
