For those asking, yes, dogs are trained to help heart attack victims. No, they can't do chest compressions, but they are trained to 1/2
2/2 A fully grown 60# dog can keep a victim conscious enough to call for help. And, yes, they jump on the chest, and lay on the neck.
They aren't actually trained in CPR, but this is how some rescue dogs will respond to a heart attack victim. Obviously, this is a pup, 1/2
