Yeah I don't think Bibi gave the order, but it's the cyclist sticking the stick through the tyre meme, he keeps shooting himself in the foot and asking how this could keep happening. He sets himself up for antagonisation.
Yeah this falls on the mildly creepy side, rather than the pure interest of UNBG, or whatever the full title of that subreddit is (with "not because girl but because it is very cool" etc etc)
