And to actually begin generating the same sort of trust you use to have internationally, it'll probably require your country to stay the course for 30~+ years before you begin to approach being where you used to be.
Context: The video is actually professionals training for ice rescues. That is literally the job they are training for, and it is entirely safe in *this specific scenario*.
