here in germany delivery driver have to get a signature from the person reciving the package. doesn't this rule exist where you live?

We talk about laws here.On paper there must be a working solution.That ppl break laws is a complete different thing and have nothing 1/3
but I guess it would be against the"EU-US Privacy Shield"when it comes to EU data,right?So they have to find a way to filter data by origin
