Im sceptical about a story someone posted on Reddit, in which an ideal "bad guy" learns their lesson perfectly, by being beaten up by people they would definitely call the cops on, and theres no repercussions for the guys who did the hitting. He just perfectly accepts homosexuality cause he got hit once? It's technically possible i guess, but I'm not sure why I get down voted to hell for being sceptical.

I kinda disagree. They were probably already fucking. Saying you're no longer pulling out is weirdly talking about sex with your friends, saying you're trying for a baby obfuscates the sex talk for a social setting, to talk about something that could make a Very large practical difference in your lives, and be relevant to people you're sociable with. A closer equivalent would be "we're trying for a baby", and "wow, we've actually started talking to adoption agencies".

If a terrorist does a terrorism, and your response is to carpet bomb all the children in his country, you're definitely going to have more angry terrorists.

While I agree with everything this post says, teachers and nurses should obviously be payed more, and people who run concentration camps should only be paid in lethal injection drugs (i mean for them, not inmates, i realised how this could be interpreted), the idea that the money could simply be taken from one and given to the other is obviously nonsense, there are obviously an awful lot more teachers in America than ICE managers
