I would argue it's easier to buy one container of eg a ready-to-heat lasagne rather than all the ingredients.

The NHS is free at the point of need. If you work, you pay National Insurance contributions - it's not free per se.

This is correct. In this case, "fascia" refers to the control panel where all the knobs are. Look at Google images for dishwasher fascia.
