Well, wouldn't it make sense to combine black and cyan to make the black cartridge?
I would argue it's easier to buy one container of eg a ready-to-heat lasagne rather than all the ingredients.

Surely that's illegal? You have to have your salary or hourly rate, hours of work, holiday entitlement, etc in writing.
The NHS is free at the point of need. If you work, you pay National Insurance contributions - it's not free per se.
