Again, women's records and podia are not being overwhelmed by trans men, and they've been competing with their genders for many years now. There have been all of, what, two trans athletes in the last few Olympics? You are trying to solve a *phantom* problem, no matter how "common sense" you may think it is.
That might make sense if you ignore all the science to the contrary. Study after study show that trans women who have been on HRT exhibit no discernible advantage over cis women, when studying the specific characteristics you mention, like bone density and muscle mass. Putting aside the facts that advantageous genetic differences are celebrated in the Olympics and that reproductive ability is not (and should not be) remotely germane, the purported advantages (I'm not denying that they exist in general, only that they are not applied uniformly) are undone by a year or two of HRT, which is a requirement of the IOC for trans folks to compete. You're tilting at windmills, here; your problem is theoretical, but your solution hurts very real people.

My dude, the government has been hemorrhaging attorneys, and the ones who remain are stretched thin and overworked, being asked to defend blatantly unconstitutional motions and prosecutions that are getting slapped down at an astonishing rate; there is no way that the government will pursue all of these unconstitutional subpoenas *and* succeed in getting a judge to sign off on them. That has to happen before Google has to lift a finger; they're not going to be tied up.
