Not a Taylor Swift fan myself but she gave everyone on her touring crew a bonus of around $90,000 minimum to each one. Truck drivers, catering, sound people, lighting people. Everyone. Do have to respect her for that.
I don't have to shovel humidity.
Go watch the movie "Wild In The Streets"
Two observations. 1. If you are critical of someone because of their age you must listen to someone half your age tell you what you're doing wrong with your life.2. If you put upper age voting restrictions on people they now have no say in laws that affect them. So they have no representation. So why should they obey the law. If they have planned and are financially well off they can now put that money into influencing things that do affect them negatively. (Ads that will influence your vote?)
Cause you can't predict whether you WILL be present in that future or not.
So voting has no effect on your future?
That's debatable.
Cheech and Chong. "I used to be messed up on drugs. Since I met the Lord now I'm all messed up on the Lord"
Going through a metal detector at work and being wanded as it kept going off over my chest. I was asked if I was wearing anything metal. Opened my hoodie to show him my Megadeth shirt. (Hoodie zipper was probably what set it off ) Couldn't have planned it any better.
Hopefully if someone has reached retirement age they have learned how to get along with people. Some people never learn no matter how young or old they are. Politics is supposed to be about compromise. Everyone gets some of what they need/want. It can't be "everything has to be how I want it" Someone else will have a different want/need/view and will fight you to the death over it. Not going to progress if it's life and death over every issue.
It still proves might makes right. You force them to sit in a corner, take something away, or anything else you can do because you are bigger, stronger or at least control purse strings. It's still "I have power over you" You just use the power to help someone survive/thrive in society and life .
So a second degree burn is better than a swat on the rear? Which would you prefer to get in order to learn the lesson of don't touch the stove it's hot?
Yes. Both of them. Might have to check out that spring toy too.
It does get hot enough to soften it though.
But he doesn't own the house and the owners (us) haven't approved it. He's not even a renter
A good example is Afghanistan. Tribal conflicts going back decades if not a century over retaliation and counter retaliation over something that no one who is currently alive was around for. Just knee jerk anger. It's like 2 kids. "Well he started it." It doesn't end.
But then have to play hockey indoors because it's too cold outside. How many indoor ice arenas are in the Twin Cities area alone not counting the Xcel/Wild arena ? In January they will occasionally set up a rink in the Twins stadium and play 1 game outside to show how "tough" we are then run right back inside. I know people who love the snow and cold. They won't come over to shovel my driveway though
You're listening to MP3 s through a blue tooth headset ? The only way to listen to worse quality music that I can think of is a transister radio with an earphone
Try Mahavishnu Orchestra.
Burst into flames then?
I own this on laserdisc.
Every red headed Irish person is courtesy of the Vikings when they invaded. Before that time there was no such thing as a red haired Irishman.
So how much interest will this investment be paying me? Oh wait. I have a mortgage ( mortgage: to engage till death) That means I'm paying interest.
At least she knows how the process works.
I read that during Trump's first term. After reading a few chapters then reading/watching the news each day that book became more terrifying as I went along. I highly recommend it.
But if you have only one shot........you want it to be good.
Never mind that sweetie, tell me why MY RING FLOATS!
I knew someone who would do this for that exact reason. Never found out if it worked out for him.
Nuclear submarines don't need fuel. The reactor generates steam which turns a turbine which generates electricity.
