Drivers have general anonymity on the road. You never see these people again. No one is getting shamed from a honk nor will they suddenly change ingrained driving behavior.It has nothing to do with being meek and everything to do with avoiding trouble that is simply not worth it. I think you are downplaying what it could mean when the other party decides they don't like your honking. Just move on. You'll wish you did when the other person chooses not to.
They're not supporting that, they're criticizing antagonizing people on the road unnecessarily. Threatening people isn't ok but it wasn't completely unprovoked.
If that worked there would be a lot less assholes on the road but it, in fact, only antagonizes them further. Don't lay on the horn unless you are OK with escalating the issue into something more dangerous.
You won't have an altercation until you do, and laying on the horn is an open invitation. This is an idiotic approach, not to mention stereotyping drivers based on how beat up or riced out their car is makes no sense.
A horn is whatever it is interpreted as. You may think it's informative but you should consider how others perceive it and if it even makes a difference in your given scenario or if you should juat adjust and put distance between yourself and the other car.
Maybe don't instigate an incident with strangers on the road. Random threats won't stop someone willing to use a weapon no matter how loud you yell it. Everyone involved in this tweet is an idiot.

The point of a business is not to make money. It is to provide a good or service worthwhile to the community, and money is the reward for that output. Corporations instead insist that not only is money the primary factor, but it is the only factor. This culture needs to change drastically.

Those rays are quite common if you take a photo with the sun at that angle, and the light off the can could be coming off a window or something. Im no where near convinced it's blatant but there is an oddity with the railing behind the table. People need to chill out with their pretend AI detection skills.
