That's a good take. I have asked in the past "for what does the left say they *need* men for?" Everyone needs to be needed. It seems like the left needs everyone except white men.
Democrats are the actual problem though. If there had been any actual effort to court the American people instead of corporate donors and AIPAC, people might have been interested. You've gotta understand, getting people who don't regularly vote to the polls is all about convincing them that this *might actually affect them.*

Part of it is a flaw in our voting systems that give higher weight to rural populations, like a lot higher. So for generations we've been ruled by the people with the least access to education. If any other country were ruled by its least educated for generations, they'd probably look insane too.
