As I am team fuck the employer that does not care for their employee with support, a good work environment, and a livable wage. Your experience seems to come from such a positive environment which will generally not have employees being hostile to the company as a result. But there are jobs that do not care for their employees so I dont have a problem for them doing the absolute minimum.
