it's very, very difficult to read. it is in fact one of the most difficult things to read. it's not in all caps and modern font, and it's mighty long. it should be kept where people who can actually read it, can look into it. nobody knows what it actually says, so there are a lot of things that can be left to interpretation.
so .. tax the billionnaires because their companies stock went up? when it comes down, get billions or hundreds of millions in tax returns?
