Hiring citizens who expect fair compensation is at the bottom of the list of solutions.

Here's the funny part - Clarence Thomas was a diversity hire. When legendary jurist (and coincidentally black) Thurgood Marshal retired, the feeling was that there needed to be black representation on the court to honor his legacy. But... Republicans were in power so they found the safest, most shucking and jiving black man they could, ignored the truth a smart black woman told about him, and gave him the job.

I'll keep looking out the window to see if they're walking up to the door or checking my phone just in case they text for directions.
