As a born female and still one 43yrs later, these are the general doc responses in no particular order; i) it's your weight, ii) it's your hormones, iii) it's the menopause. Apparently nothing is wrong with women and we don't actually feel pain as far as docs are concerned, and we don't know our own bodies. If you're getting these responses from them in your mtf transition journey, well done because you're already part the way there.
My daughter is *still* on the waiting list for adhd assessment. I was looking down the list of symptoms and half way down realised I was actually marking things off for me. GP agreed with me and put me forward for the assessment waiting list myself. I'm 42...
