I agree with your chart but the meat still looks closer to rare than medium- to me. The lighting seems to skew the colouring
Too much pink to be considered medium. This is medium rare and I agree, is ideal
This is exactly what happened to me. Remote, 3 stall bathroom, I'm the only one and use the handicap stall... in comes wheelchair :(
That awkward moment when you're sitting on the toilet and halfway through you need to emergency evacuate for what's coming out your stomach.

It's because it's misinformation. My cat does the same on my face and suffocation is a real concern, but not because of the milk smell
