really good that youre getting help! i always seem to be urging people to get help but never seeking it myself, feel like i dont need it

a lot of these things, but not all the time. when something bad happens it all comes crashing down, but recently it was quite bad for a 1/?
I constantly doubt whether im depressed or not because ive never been diagnosed and i relaly dont thi m i have it very bad but i feel 1/?
My train got stopped once because a drunk man was on the tracks and got hit by a train ahead of us. I cried, let alone how the driver felt.
