Not quite. Some setups have actual issues with working properly on Linux and the best solutions that even exist are only partial solutions. I have a spare pc I got from a family member that I installed Kubuntu on and sound doesn't really work right on it. I've tried all solutions to the issue that I've found and the best case scenario is that after booting the computer, I have to put it to sleep and then wake it before sound will work at all.
The thing with being unaware and stupid is that you're too dumb and unaware to realize how unhappy you are and how much everything sucks.
Agent Orange is also proof that the government doesn't care about our soldiers. It was tested on unsuspecting US troops and many other US troops were affected by it. My grandfather's best friend has severe health issues for the rest of his life thanks to Agent Orange.
