The entire "economic hit" Denmark will take is a less than .1% rounding error in practicality... And the US loses access to more goods ($3b in pharma, $3b in nuclear parts)

Even when looking at basic materials, aluminium, titanium, lithium etc. comes predominantly from NATO countries like Canada. Many other materials like cobalt and tungsten come from farther afield. Europe on the other hand has access to all of these materials locally.
