As an arachnophobe I have to say that I really want to like spiders. They are an important part of the ecosystem and really fascinating...but also lizard brain say no thank you lol. I'm still working on being less afraid of them.

This kind of driving is no uncommon in insurance scams. They are likely driving slow because the white car is driving slow. If they try to go around the white car and they are a scammer they may try to intentionally cause an accident and make it look like "OPs" fault.
Definitely intentional but could be trying to pull an insurance scam (or they could just be petty as hell)

Yeah, I agree with most of this sentiment except the "people didn't know about tans people" part. Awareness has definitely grown but it wasn't completely unknown to your average person before.
