Please, do yourself a favor, if you’re serious about weight loss, regardless of your diet methods, cut processed sugar and foods from your diet in all forms. Crash diets are that much harder when you aren’t putting nutritional things into your body. Please, I’m speaking with love and from experience. White rice, chicken, sweet potatoes are your best friend. Good luck!
