For stunning small killers
Yes, the french word for seventy is soixante-dix, where 60=soixante and 10=dix. 80 is quatre-vingts in french, 4=quatre & 20=vignts.
Well an "m" looks kind of like two "n"s so it's one more. Maybe even double.
The sign is clearly edited over if you zoom in. You can see a difference in shades of white on the borders.
