A service dog owner doesn't even need to provide any proof and they definitely don't "have to" say what the dog's trained tasks are.
"A public accommodation or facility is not allowed to ask for documentation or proof that the animal has been certified." From ADA law.
Or just do everything based on current county lines. Problem solved.

The photo was taken (by wife) when he was pulling a uturn next to the dog park.
He was blowing through the stop signs on the service/access road... I was on the main road that had green lights.

Turns out its NOT.. according to Fairfax County police website. Its a "non-emergency" number call. Anything to do with aggressive driving.
Well in that case... I understand.
