Make sure you have a good vapor barrier over the wood decking. Moisture will collect on the top of the rigid insulation and rot it otherwise.
This isn’t engineering. Engineers would have recommended shorter lifts. This is cost cutting and shitty craftsmanship.
So all 4 residents need to reregister?
Those trusses are really far apart.
Fair enough. If you happen to be in a seismic zone, you should think about adding them back in. The deck doesn't have any other lateral stability.
The knee braces were there for a reason. But what do I know, I'm just a structural engineer.
