When you are a child, what was your dream career?

I disagree. I think it speaks to knowing that too many boys aren't taught how to respect women.

The book NPC by Jeremy Robinson plays with with idea a bit.

You are absolutely correct if the person was fearing for their life. But I think you're getting down voted because that wasn't the case here.

I read that as Captain America instead of corporate. Was hoping for a skit of someone trying to teach Captain about email.

I'm living on a (small) cattle ranch now and there is so much more work than most folks realize. That said, it comes in waves. It's like, a week of normal work, no big deal. and then 48 hours of hell. then back to the regular stuff. And why the hell do so many cows wanna give birth on the coldest nights of the year??? Do it during the day at least. 😭

Why? Money isn't a pie. Me getting a slice doesn't stop you from getting one, too. The world isn't about to run out of money.

I'll have to give Warformed a look, sounds interesting. Chatfield has a few series out now. Emerilia was one of the earlier ones so it's not perfect. But I really enjoy the story so I listen to it every so often. I've also read through his series Ten Realms and thought it was pretty good as well.

Just read it last year and loved it! The whole series is good, but the first book is the best IMHO.

Everything about this statement is correct except the word Tor. Perhaps you mean "hackers" or "the dark web" or some other term?

In my younger days I caught a job installing waterline for a city. I remember being so shocked to see how long the fire hydrant was.

Or maybe not give so much to the Department of defense?

new ideas. It's getting Congress to actually listen to those ideas.

There are a lot of ideas that don't involve hating on the rich such as not allocating so much money into the military. The problem isn't 1/2

That would totally help

Why does there need to be a redistribution of wealth in order for these things to happen, though?
