Everyone else: Let's keep voting for bigger & more centralized govt control, regs & power. What could possibly go wrong?

Heard that paddling a FL river one foggy morn. Thought Bigfoot was stalking me. Later learned that's the gator mating call ("Hey baby!").

Too late for China Bolivia Chile Iran etc. For all the rest with prog-voters demanding more & more govt, be fking careful what you vote for!

When govt no longer has need to seek consent of the governed. So maybe stop voting for bigger & more centralized govt control, regs & power?

This does nothing to help usher in Socialism, or most importantly, poke capitalism in the eye. The political left will hate the idea.

I wonder what we learned in Econ-101 that might explain why tuition costs began skyrocketing since the 80's? Guess we'll never know.

Short of boots on the ground, do what? A hashtag campaign? The ChiCom's don't fear/respect us.

True. If I give you $5, you benefit +$5. But I also expect you use that $5 to grow for my benefit. If you don't, I stop investing.

You don't invest with an expectation of growth in an investee who will not benefit. That's an irrational choice.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The investment grows as the investee benefits & grows. Don't always work out that way, but that's the intent and hope (and gamble).

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That benefits AT&T. As AT&T operates & profits, you earn a return that benefits you. It does take a modicum of smarts to pick wisely tho.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Of course you invest to benefit yourself. But it won't work unless it benefits others. This is investing 101.

Apparently, not as much in the eyes of the gazillions of folks who agreed w/ the value the billionaire brought (& made him a billionaire).

If investment didn't benefit others, the investor wouldn't earn shit. Investments are a reward for investing in others & not wasting it.

There's an opportunity staring you in the face. Start a biz & run it properly. Spread word of your success and change the world.

$8.3b is far short. OP doesn't understand "interest". That's but one reason why he will never match Bill Gates, nor should he.

overcharging due to (what I see as) patent abuse should be reformed. High Rx prices are due to no competition because of patents.

start building rx manuf plants and paying to R&D & manuf meds. If I do it and govt forces what I can charge for my labor, I'm a slave. But

Why would the MSM shield Trump from damaging coverage on any subject? Especially the Epstein scandal? Well, Clinton & Andrew are 2 reasons.

Your diploma gets you the interview. You have to demonstrate you just aren't a "paper tiger" who "tests well" and are a good risk to OJT.
