I am personally in the camp that aggravated rape should be the the same class as murder one..

The irony of my life is soon as i started working for companies that paid me my full wage to go to jury duty i stopped getting summoned.
My neghboor had a pitbull.. it had 2 modes .. 99% of time sweet and loving. Till a bill collector showed. then i saw its murder mode.
and the guys with the keys is 3 hours away..
ya California does this so we all drive over to nvedia to buy cars or something.

yep Buddy car got tired jacked like that Insurance totaled car after shop said he needed need pads routers ext for being set down on ground.

If it was mechanical fault who every is in charge of maintenance/inspections may be..

pretty sure 1300 of the kinda of arrow heads Ninja Whalers would use are worth more then 50 bucks in scrap metal.
