This is my public profile, I don't really see the point in writing something about myself.

It's illegal in the US because the ball has to be going down at some point to be a valid shot
In the US the ball has to be traveling down at some point to be a valid shot. The rule was put in place many years ago to prevent this
Not in the US, the ball has to be coming down at some point to be a valid shot
I also recommend you and your wife try Ark: survival evolved, me and my wife liked it so much we rented our own server
Also rooftop farming makes it so you technically never need to come down
You don't really need to modify those apartments, they are in great shape
Penthouse living, and they never even bother you or destroy your building because your too high up to get proper agro
This game became too easy regardless of difficulty. Clear out one of the 6 story apartment complexes, remove the stairs, and enjoy peace
