if they were never cut apart at the treasury, and are still attached from production, you might have a collectors item there.
make sure you sand that handle a good bit. the lacquer finish is crap for grip if your hands are wet.

sometimes when you get plant matter in the pool the chlorine can strip the chlorophyl from it and then it gets chopped up by the pump.
