Sure, I was allergic to egg protein as a child, commonly used as a culture medium for vaccines. Still got the jabs, just had to be careful.
I've heard ppl say "My kids never got vaccinated and they're fine" - slow clap, way to reap the benefits without assuming any of the risks.
