I watched it a few times thinking the same thing. The CBP and POLICE main text on the vests look consistent as they go out of frame and back in, but the smaller text under it transitions back and forth between a solid line and something that looks like text (poor quality). I'm leaning AI but there's so much other consistency and as @kyro said the length makes it seem real.
