I know how hard it is to work with depression. And seriously, this is an amazing and huge step forwards and I'm so proud of you!! <3
I'm proud of you for admitting you need help and seeking it out. It sounds like you have things to get better for:) You can do this!
so show them how to treat themselves right, by doing that for yourself. You sound very patient and supportive, your kid is lucky to have you
of yourself, but your child will need you for the long haul. And show them what self love looks like, lead by example. Kids copy parents 4/?
Controlled cuts are better than more dangerous/rash actions. And also give yourself some room to process. Make sure to also take care 3/?
Anxiety that doesn't incluse self harm, but also accept that for now it actually might be the best option they have to cope. 2/?
For me, self harm was never the problem, just a symptom. People telling me I shouldn't, just made it worse. Help them find release from 1/?

For smaller owl getting soaked could mean being unable to stay warm, which causes sickness and could be actually be deadly. I've had to 2/?
Please don't pet owls. It looks cute, but is actually harmful. It actually rids the feathers of essential oils to keep them waterproof. 1/?

It looks so cute but please remember that most animals used for taking pictures are abused to make a buck. It's not cute, it's heartbreaking
Yes, but if you need an ambulance, that is unavoidable. And you won't crawl under equipment or sniff things with a wet nose.
