Brazil 2009 - Kovalainen in the McLaren leaves his pit box too early and breaks the fuel hose, splashing fuel over Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari.

So did Rowan Atkinson AKA Blackadder, though he did get it rebuilt and sold it on for ~ £8M. That was standard F1 though, not LM
